Listings, not buy-side
Only closed transactions where the agent was the listing (or co-listing) agent count. Buyer's-side sales are tracked separately and do not appear in these rankings.
Geo-pinned to ZIP
Each sale is attributed to the property's ZIP code. An agent ranked #1 in 33480 may not appear at all in 33483. Rankings do not travel with the agent.
Rolling 12 months
Each monthly refresh covers the trailing twelve months of closed volume. Rankings always reflect recent activity rather than a stale snapshot.

How often are rankings updated?
Every month, on the first business day. Each run covers the trailing 12 months of closed listing volume, so rankings reflect recent activity rather than a snapshot that goes stale.
Can an agent pay to appear higher?
No. Rank is determined exclusively by verified closed listing volume inside the ZIP. We do not accept payment to rank, promote, remove, or re-order any agent. Ever.
Why don't buyer-side sales count?
Because this ranking measures an agent's ability to win and close listings in a specific ZIP. Buyer's-side performance is a separate question that deserves its own dataset.
My ZIP only has a few ranked agents. Is that right?
Some low-volume ZIPs don't have 100 qualifying agents in a 12-month window. In that case the report shows whoever qualified, clearly labeled.
Where does the data come from?
Publicly available listing-side sales data, compiled from multiple MLS systems. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Questions: support@agentarena.com.
Agent Ranking Methodology and Disclaimer
Agent rankings are updated monthly based solely on an agent's dollar volume of listings sold within the specific ZIP code, covering the preceding 12 months.
For example: January 2026 rankings include sales from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. February 2026 rankings include sales from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026 and so on, and so forth.
An agent's sales in other ZIP Codes are not included in a given ZIP Code's rankings (but will appear in separate rankings for those areas). An agent's sales as a buyer's agent or co-listing agent are NOT included. Data is sourced from multiple MLS systems and may include inaccuracies due to reporting delays or entry errors. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Rankings do not represent a guarantee of future performance. Any ranking queries can be sent to support@AgentArena.com
